Another meeting

I know that this is a busy time for everyone and I therefore appreciate the alacrity with which you have all followed up in various ways on our first meeting of C3.  We appear to have managed to share calendars, which is the good news.  The bad news is that it looks like we won't all be available at the same time again for a meeting until November 3, 2009!

For the time being, we can all continue work on our 23 things, but there are two items that we need to report on by the end of this term that will probably require some meeting time for us:

A plan for the use of IT (A 5.1.1 in the Strategic Plan) and a plan for materials and equipment acquisition (A 5.2.1).

Our regularly scheduled ELP meetings will be on April 24 and May 29 with the retreat on May 18.  I suggest that we plan to have a report for the May 29th meeting and hope that the exploration of visions and values at the retreat will help inform that report. 

So, how do your all feel about trying to schedule meetings this term?  We do have most Tuesdays 3rd and 4th plus Friday 3rd and Friday 1st on many Fridays.
