The basic idea is to create an ELP identity that all teachers can use
to access all the Google services that a person would access if they
taught everything in the program.
To get started a dummy email address is required to sign up for
Google, some services here will do the trick:
This idea has promise, but I think it is important we shake the idea
some and see if any problems fall out.
