I believe a natural extension of each of us completing 23 Things is the gradual development of own personal learning enviroment, each ple connecting to the next, and in the future an ELP-wide network of individual 'presences'. In this scenario, the ELP teachers' site is (in large part) an aggregation of personal learning environments. And personal ownership rather than institutional ownership, and practice (or methodolgy) rather than particular technolgies are key attributes.
Please tell me if I am not making sense?
