Thanks for your note.

Yes, as long as you are part of a non profit accredited university you
will be eligible for Education Edition. If you don't get Education Edition
when you sign up your domain please let me know and I will upgrade you
manually.

We are an English language program within a Japanese liberal arts
university and would like to take advantage of the Educational Edition of
Google Apps.  As a unit within the university, we do not have a separate
domain at the moment, but plan to register icuelp.org  If we obtain that
domain could we sign up for the Educational edition of Google Apps?
