As I reported in the meeting, we've been working on
improving the W3 ELP site where you could get information about
Sophomore Pre-Registration only now.
Here is the link of tentative page which was created by ILC staff,
Takakura san.
I would like you to have a look at it as an interim report although
many of them are without actual information.

These are information from what we usually post on the bulletin
board, plus
some links are from ELP subsite ( http://subsite.icu.ac.jp/elp/ )
which are supposed to
be internal information.
Although the titles are written in English, contents are going to be
Japanese mainly.

We would like to activate it in January so we have a certain months
to get used to it.
Also we need to talk to Sylvan about moving some links to W3
so that the subsite can be completely for outsiders.
Are there any we need to get an agreement from except for the
Directors and Sylvan?
Or, do you think it is better to talk about this including the
possible additional use of Moodle?
It is appreciated if you would let me know your idea.
