Thanks for putting this together, Mark. I've made a couple minor changes. I think that given all the rest of our work at this point, that I would favor not trying to finish the survey and compile a report by the 30th. I'd like to perhaps give people until the 30th to fill it out and then give a report in the first meeting of winter term. Other thoughts?
