Thanks for the meeting outline document. I'll try to respond with my ideas within a few days.

 

For our next meeting, Friday, Jan. 4th is very good for me. I'll be back in Tokyo on the night of the 3rd.

 

Other possible days during the break are 12/22, 12/27 and 1/5-6.

In order to focus our continuing discussion and resolution of differences, I've created a draft outline of the actual meeting for January 22nd. Hopefully working through the TBD aspects as well as confirming the order or nature of the outline will help us reach a consensus on how to proceed.

We may also need another face to face opportunity to work on this. How does Friday, January 4th look for everyone?
