C3 Minutes for 1-11-08

We reviewed the draft presentation and Mark's draft of the Survey. 

Owen proposed adding more slides to the beginning of the presentation to provide a better sense of the big picture.  He will work on creating slides to add along these lines and show them to us at or before our rehearsal on the 17th.  The final content and activities of the presentation are still to be determined.

Mark has revised the survey based on our input and it seems pretty much ready.

We decided to change the venue of the presentation from the MMR to ILC 163 to make it seem more cozy and to de-emphasize the role of technology.  Bill has reserved 163 for the presentation on the 22nd as well as on Thursday, the 17th for our rehearsal at 1:30.  However, we only have the room on the 17th from 1:30 to 3:00. It's in use after that.

We will need a laptop and to make arrangements for a key to the AV system in 163 for both the 17th and 22nd.

Following the meeting on the 11th, Dave was able to successfully save an html version of the presentation on his Mac.  Bill still hasn't been able to get it saved on his PC.
