Hi Owen,

Thanks for sharing this.  I think this will work wonderfully, but I agree that a couple versions will be best.  I am working on a possible way to combine the original minimalist C3 plan phase one, and your approach of focusing initially on the beta group.  This will make both easier to work on.

Dear C3ers,

What do you think? Can this be developed/reduced to meet our getting started goals? Even two versions? A full one for adventurous types, a lite version for supported use, face-to-face. Or a different approach altogether?

Anyways, there is probably no way around the need for us to work hard in the time available on working up a solution that will work.
