Should we plan to put a discussion like this on the agenda for Oct 28? It's the only chance we have left this term. Can we be ready for it by then? An alternative is to plan for something on Dec 1, when we have two hours for the ELP meeting. I think the latter would be my preference.
I will announce the work on the manuals. I'm also happy to encourage teachers to explore one or two tags as Mark suggested. We can put directions on how to access that information in the minutes of the meeting.

I have drafted up draft manuals for coordinators and teachers that I would like to offer for C3 discussion and revision, and then to make available for staff. Knowing that a 'manual' of some kind is coming for staff is useful information.
There is also the looming discussion the ELP needs to have on the realities of working with the C3 plan. The plan calls for changes in individual work practices and certain attitudes that are not yet widely understood or agreed upon.
