I think I can speak for all of us when I say there's no doubt in my mind that the main vision and main ideas are yours. Acknowledgements in the slide will definitely be added and I'll consult you about which parts you'd like your name mentioned and how to be referenced such as linking to articles and presentations you've made on this area.

Hi C3ers,

Thinking earlier about where we might go from here, I started work on what is currently called "The ELP Create, Share, & Republish Guide" and I am looking forward to getting your feedback on that when next we meet.

Folks, I am not sure whether this is the appropriate time or place to raise it, but I looked at the draft JALT presentation. It does capture all lot of my original vision and my ideas on design and implementation, but currently the presentation does not include any acknowledgement of my work.

Regards,

Owen.

Hi,

First of all, thanks Mark for doing the notes from our Sept. 2 session and thanks to Owen for preparing that session.

Now, what do we want to do next?

Some options:
  • Continue discussion of how to phase in the C3 plan, e.g. the role of coordinators vs individual teachers.
  • Reschedule a time for us to learn how to set up blog/coursepages.
  • Work on document naming protocols.
  • Try to create an organizational structure for distributing information.  e.g. do we want separate blogs for ARW FALL or ARW IOR or ARW IOR PROG C or all of these?
  • Examine how blogs and googlegroups can best be used in combination.
Other ideas?

Thanks,

Bill
